How long should I rest between working out my full body?

Resting time between working out the full body is normally 48-72 hours.  Depending on your bones, full body workouts may not be the workout for you.  Remember when you are working out you are breaking down muscle tissue.  Take the ample amount of time to recover so you can progress instead of regress.

Eating right!


In order to stay health, you need to eat correctly and not just eat junk food. For men’s intake for one day, should be about 3000 calories or less. Women would be 2000 calories a day or less. What do you eat before exercising?

How often do you go to the gym? Even if it is a 20-minute work out once a week, count it. That’s 20 minutes of carioles you just burned off and your body is already feeling better!
