Health and fitness should be a big part of everyone’s lives. I go to the gym about 3-5 times a week and only takes one hour each day. Not only does it makes me feel more active, but also makes me feel healthier, fit, and better about myself.

What are some of the main causes why people dont keep working out and how do I fix it?
