Health and fitness should be a big part of everyone’s lives. I go to the gym about 3-5 times a week and only takes one hour each day. Not only does it makes me feel more active, but also makes me feel healthier, fit, and better about myself.

Exercise at home if you got no time!
I don’t have access to a gym and am looking for workouts I can do at home or on to go. What are your favorite workouts that don’t require fancy equipment? Exercise at home
I like running outside on a nice day, it's very refreshing and quick when I cannot access the gym.
